KARAOKE is a japanese word composed of "kara" which means "empty" (from the japanese word Karappo) and "oke" which is a shortcut of "okesutora" which means orchestra. Instrumental tracks of a song, without the vocal dimension, are called "karaoke".
Some language needs specific fonts to be installed on your computer so you can read the lyrics with the correct accents. Although there maybe some error with the display of the lyrics on this page, it should be OK in your Karaoke software if you've installed the needed fonts.
